This notice describes information collected by the Best Life ABA website. It does not describe patient records or replace separate privacy information provided when receiving services.

What we collect

The general inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, topic, and message. The career application collects your name, position of interest, email, phone, optional address, optional date of birth, availability, education and training, work experience, optional certifications, optional start date, optional statement of interest, an accuracy confirmation, and an optional résumé. You can leave optional fields blank.

Why and how information is used

Information is saved in the website’s hosted database so authorized Best Life ABA team members can review inquiries and applications. Attached résumés are stored separately in private file storage and can be downloaded only through an authorized team request. The website is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare database and file-storage services. FormSubmit is no longer used by these forms.

Before submitting, you are asked to acknowledge this notice. An on-screen confirmation means the server saved the information; no email delivery service is required.

General inquiries, not patient records

Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, insurance member numbers, government identification numbers, banking details, or other sensitive information in general inquiries. This website is not a patient portal.

Team review and downloads

Access to the team inbox, CSV exports, individual details, and résumé downloads requires an authorized team sign-in. Team members can mark records reviewed and permanently delete them. Information downloaded by the team is then handled outside the website and must be managed under the business’s retention process.

Authorized team members can save reply drafts on submitted applications. Drafts expire with the application. Opening a draft in an email app does not send it automatically; the team reviews and sends it through its own email service. Email copies are managed outside this website.

Public photo gallery

Photos, captions, and descriptions added by authorized team members are public. Before uploading, team members confirm permission to publish and consent for identifiable people, including parental or guardian consent for children. Published gallery photos remain until an authorized team member removes them; the 90-day inquiry and application expiry does not apply to gallery photos. Original image files may contain embedded metadata, so the team should remove location or other private metadata before uploading.

90-day retention

Website inquiries and applications expire 90 days after submission and are excluded from team review and downloads after expiry. Expired database entries and attached files are purged when the website or team inbox is used. Purging is request-driven; a daily scheduled deletion job is not currently configured. Copies downloaded or received separately by email are not automatically removed by this website.

Submission protection

The server validates form fields, limits résumé files to 5 MB and supported document types, uses basic submission-rate limits, and requires requests from this website. Uploaded files are not automatically scanned for malware; the team should use its normal security tools before opening downloads. A short-lived hashed connection identifier is kept for rate limiting, without storing the raw IP address in submission records.

Email and phone links

Email links open your email application and phone links open a calling application. Messages and calls then use those services. Best Life ABA’s business email routes through Microsoft 365. A directions link opens Google Maps.

Website services

The site is hosted through Sites. Public pages are available without signing in. The team inbox and stored submissions require an authorized team sign-in. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which requires a connection from your browser to Google. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts have been added to the website source.
